May I pile on here?

PCT Europe Ltd (PCTEL), a PCT entity/subsidiary/partner of some kind is at the whim of the NHS Trust. They (the Trust) are doing the testing, the validation, and are responsible for the report. The report will allow them to make claims, and identify procedures for the UK in general. If you will, what needs to sanitized and how to do it.

The prolonged live testing was planned by them from the start, HAI was the initial focus right?. I could say the "testing" was delayed by Covid, but I can't find a direct statement for that, so I'll associate its impact based on all other attributed delays, even those stated by the SEC as an example.

I think the live testing in Hospital is completed, or at least in late stage.

The University prepared report will set the standard for the UK, so it's not to be taken lightly, or rushed, they've got to get it right. Academia, especially in the UK is noted for its superiority, and disdain for for being challenged on its conclusions. (how long was the Earth the center of the Universe anyway?)

Mr. Barry Dunn PCTEL did state he expected to provide regular updates to PCTL.
That has not happened, I do believe he's talking to Gary, but it's less official and not conclusive.

I digress, PCTEL and PCT are waiting for others to complete their tasks, consequently we wait too. IMHO
