Same thing happened to me recently on a few stocks. I cancelled the order and replaced it with a GTC order and then it showed the full amount. Glad it showed that persons full order on the ask today because I put in a bid for the same amount at .0085 and they ended up filling my bid. Not sure why they'd sell now since Ben gained control, maybe an old $UVSS shareholder who just noticed it went up or something.
