Has to be manipulation. In the past week or two. There have been a couple of days that closed at exact $40 or exactly $42. Someone is messing with it big time. The bad thing about manipulation is we suffer in the short term the good thing is that you can't manipulate forever. Longer term we should be fine and it gives us greater opportunity to accumulate at undervalued levels. Double edge sword. But honestly I wish this would just rocket already
