Michigan Attorney Files New Findings Including ‘Phantom’ Ballots Involving 2020 Election

Michigan attorney Matthew DePerno has filed his latest findings with the Circuit Court, including a startling revelation that there were 1,061 “phantom” ballots in Antrim County during the 2020 election.

DePerno also claims that there was nearly 100% turnout of voters between the ages of 65 and 80, despite the threat of COVID.

According to DePerno, the 1,061 ballots that don’t exist on voter rolls and are not in the state’s database are likely “phantom” ballots.

Page 10 in his report states:

In his report, DePerno explains where this number came from. In the hand recount of Antrim County that took place in December of 2020, there were a total of 15,952 ballots counted, but the official database from Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson only shows 14,901 ballots. This means there is an excess of 1,061 ballots that are not on the voter rolls.

According to The Gateway Pundit, “Phantom ballots could explain what happened at the hand recount in December when volunteers were told to count approximately 138 ballots with the very same signature. Despite their repeated objections and attempts to challenge the problem ballots, the Secretary of State official said, ‘That’s not your role at this very moment’ and pushed the volunteers to count the ballots and finish the audit.”

Following the release of his findings, DePerno is now demanding a complete audit of the county’s election, and is amending a complaint to sue Antrim County Clerk Sheryl Guy, Election Source, Jocelyn Benson, and Director of the Michigan Bureau of Elections Jonathan Brater, for making false statements attributing the fraud to human error.

“Elected officials are charged with following the law, not hiding information and lying to their constituents in order to defraud and marginalize their right to vote,” DePerno stated.

Many conservatives are pointing out how hard the Democrats are working to stop these audits, and to prevent anyone from looking into the fraud and irregularities that were prevalent in the 2020 election.

Former writer and associate producer at Fox News Kyle Becker, who is now the CEO of Becker News, pointed out the insane mental gymnastics the left is doing to justify their actions surrounding the 2020 election, writing:

“Democrats: ‘Election fraud in 2020 is a conspiracy theory!’

Also Democrats: ‘No, we don’t have passwords for voting machines. No, you can’t have the routers. No, you can’t check signatures. No, you can’t check addresses door-to-door. Don’t you dare pass election integrity laws!'”
