Custodian Ventures OTC Lazar Plays

GOFF was/is a Lazar play, it is being contested by Sharp (who is also doing custodianships). I have not seen the court minutes to determine what its all about. It may have taken off due to Sharps filings with the court, people might be unaware that Lazar has already started the process and think its a new Sharp play.

On 5/5 Lazar filed the motion to resolve asserted claim/bar unasserted claims and terminate custodianship. It will be important to see what the court decides. I am not sure what role Sharp had with GOFF if any but his twitter claims a 90k judgement against GOFF/Lazar. Again not sure what that is about.
