allow me to be the chef: "an argentine steak" recipe to die for: 2" thick prime rib-eye. Impale the meat with fresh garlic clove slivers. Cook on hot grill medium rare but charred on both sides. Sprinkle fresh lime juice liberally over cooked product before eating. The mixture of charred garlic and meat with lime juice is a unique taste. 5 star restaurant material.
