I agree, no dilution is huge. Of course companies are going to need money to start up and get going but the financing VITX is doing is not toxic at all. Private financing with no interest paid and selling shares up to $.24 and in the investors eyes, they are getting them at a premium. They are all restricted shares and most of the investors have some kinda ties to the company or to the people running the company. These are people who are really betting on the companies success and are probably helping however they can to make that happen. I think our money is in a good place. I know I sleep good at night with how everything has unfolded so far.
