very interesting..Solomonsky appeared out of nowhere after i contacted lone Director and local celebrity sports announcer Karius in Edmonton and mentioned plan to out his talbot association and the collected email,phone,Skype Compania Minerva communication which brother-sister co-owners confirmed. talbot initially inked the Minera Ecuador mine deal where nwgc was to infuse approx $2m investment in deal..Talbot never followed through, deal no good..Talbot continued cooking the otcmarket financials with fraudulent data for business contracts that did not exist.solomonsky showed up with his newly formed mines llc shell..there was a 2016 nwgc vs talbot lawsuit spearheaded by solomonsky, and ended with undisclosed settlement..guessing solomonsky nabbed the preferred somehow..??

Solomosky could have done what Miller has at any time..and did not..Dont see why he wouldn't be a fan of Mark doing the initial legwork with input.??
