Melissa isn't going to commit more resources than she currently has available. She is way to conservative to take on a big manufacturing deal. Anyone that thinks the concrete trucks are idling outside their facilities waiting for the go ahead to expand in my opinion are delusional.
They don't have the money and more importantly they don't have the leadership to pull it off

I hope I'm wrong but twenty plus years of following this company nothing has changed
