Hans or $MEDH carry the debt now ($10K on 18.5K Loan) but was listed on the 10-K of 2019 posted October 2020 by Hans in the above above Link to that 10-K of 2019 and shows that Loan or Note

If you Look on the same 10-K you’ll find Hans in the paperwork but is listed in 2019 10-K because he Filed it when Jeremy Amsden term ended 06/05/20 Hans became CEO and Filed the 10-K within 5 Months

The only talk of Hans is as being CEO now
