I agree. Waiting, nothing else to do. The question for me is shall we have any info about Wandi before the 10k (which I expect to be in August). If the deal is not done before the end of August, I would consider they failed. 1.5 year is more than enough to close any kind of deal, meaning there are major obstacles. And it isn't related to financial of PRCX otherwise CEO would pay much more attention to the new accountant. Obviously DS didn't care about the 10k, he totally failed to manage this duty. Another question is who is ruling Wandi now, how does it work with an unclear ownership? Finally, let's forget about Wandi, but how tf Teishan and Admall are doing? Questions, questions...
