Who knows?

The SEC has rules in place already that should have delisted many pink tickers yet they still trade or just exist.

There are plenty of companies run by CEOs convicted of securities fraud and banned from offering stock that trade to this day.

My avatar is a perfect example....lol

If there was a way out of this I would have found it by now!
