The suspected shorting by GG occurred during a time when the stock ran from .07 to around .20 fairly quickly but ran back down much more quickly. Seems that on one given day the stock lost something like .07 from the high it had reached the same day, and for no apparent reason. After the stock was trounced back down to around .03 or so, I believe I was told than management had told GG that they were not giving them the shares because of GG's actions. I hope GG does not get a single share from the escrow, and I don't believe they will.

That case has been settled and is in the Pacer System. there was a executed written Settlement and Mutual Release in October 2006. The agreement calls for the court to retain jurisdiction of the action to enforce the terms of the written Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release.
That probably explains why the shares are in escrow. they won't be sweeping those away.
