No it wasn't. I ended up bumping it up to .001 a couple of minutes before the huge volume starting, but a ton had already traded at .0009 and it wouldn't fill. I watched over 500M shares trade at .0009 - I just don't understand where those were going? If it was dilution, I assume the price would have dropped down to .0008 very quickly.
