After reveiwing the fins, 102 pages quickly, I might have missed it but didnt see any mention of insider purchases or sells. They arent required to report if they arent SEC registered. So I believe there have been many shares sold by employees and directors-too many loop holes or lack of trust in the OTC to believe otherwise. I did see some interesting things though:

Armen gave controlling interest to Yelena Braslavskaya, (misspelled in the audit). Is this his wife? Why cant he be named...HMMMM

C. Disclosure of family relationships: NONE
Is this why his wife has a different last name?
First cousin pharmacist? Then in the next letter
it says first cousin that is a beneficial owner of more than %5 of the
company. I'm not a financials expert but why does it say NONE?

The Accountant and the CEO are the same person. I have never seen that before...at least not on the big boards.

Over 30,000,000 shares since Feb. 2021 and a couple million dollars worth to unleash in 2022.

I think its easy to see why we havent shot "to da moon" yet. Half a billion shares doesnt help either.
