I'd be very cautious about the recent activities with this stock. It's been dead for quite sometime, the company is non reporting and no news has been released. Two people that post here put this on the board a while back. My gut tells me this could be a P&D scheme by Pizzoferatto and Tarantino. A little DD might save you money. Be careful!!!!!

I invested 20k more than 2 years ago with pat pizzoferatto with a written contract to get 2 million shares of osci and to this day I have never received them I also spoke to the fake ceo Chris Tarantino and no response this is all a scam I’m only wondering how many other investors are out there that got scammed real name nothing to hide
