WEll, it takes one person at a time, sometimes...for instance, if you have a swimming pool in your backyard, and one person pees in it, usually nothing happens, then if another one does, it's not that noticeable either, BUT, if you are playing miniature golf in your backyard, and one of the holes in floating in the pool, and everyone has been drinking, and they have to jump INTO the pool to get their ball when they miss the shot----WELL THEN---that's where things get fun...ESPECIALLY if you put one of those pool pills into the pool before the party--then when one person pees---the water goes red around them immediately and spreads fast!---and there is my point where one little thing CAN make a difference! hahahaha
