OT: open question for all.

If you are a broker to match a supplier with investor to create a company that will have revenue of ... let say $10-$20 million a year (giving gross profit of 40%) how much would you request for compensation.

I am sorta in that dialema right now. Right now I am keeping Axia and investors seperately. Eventually i will be arranged a meeting. This could be a new industry in itself and could general lots of sales when things start to go.

There are few steps to take before such industry happens in Thailand but it's who you know not what you know. A model home or two will have to be built (Axia will send people over and panels are at cost to help with the cost.) Then the houses have to get certified. Then contractors will be trained (not that complicated).. After that is marketing.

The panel will be 1/2 the price if a plant is in Thailand. So, I figure that i will get investors to see if they can gather many projects together or bid on big projects to create demand of the panels to meet minimum requirement to have a plant. Again, I don't see this as a problem because it's who you know. :)

I want to have a cut on every single panel sold. So, I have to work myself into a deal somehow. And I am kinda new to this brokering stuff. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
