R/S is very very bad. A company will give you say 1 share for every 20 shares or it could be 1 for 5 or 1 for 1,000. It usually pushes the stock up for a short time then it falls.

But MT already stated that there will be NO R/S. I have 100% faith in him and his word. Since I have been in this stock he has always kept his word.

CHL explains it alot better. I gave a very simple way.
