The problem w/vplm is its associated professionals have failed miserably to make the right decisions, resulting in 24 YEARS OF FAILURE TO SUCCEED, esp in the patent selling dept, which they were never supposed to in the 1st place but decided to pull the BIG RENEGE and say f..k the shareholders we made all those OTHER big promises to, and became the biggest PATENT TROLLS OF ALL TIME. Unsuccessful trolls at that, maybe because underneath it all, it's not truly about selling patemts (just like MS LI application was never about actually getting LI for them), but about being a VERY SUCCESSFUL fiat share printing & selling machine!
