Slim to none chance they "won't" merge . There is little doubt the principal leaders of these companies ($BLPG=HYPUR)are not oblivious to the chatter here and elsewhere concerning this awaited merger, so putting out statements such as the the CFO of HYPUR did yesterday along with other "hints" recently all but solidifies the relationship combining (becoming one)going forward. Unless they (management) are just cruel and heartless individuals wanting to see how far they can push the common share holders just for fun which makes zero sense to crash ones own company share price after working for years to make this company profitable. Everything points squarely at a merger in my opinion and always has. There are simply too many indicators to post on a page by now. Those that cant see this are simply blind.
