Maybe one anxious seller wants to sell 1mm VPLM shares...could be 10 patient buyers who buy the 1mm... So, price goes down due to seller willing to take whatever...PRICE GOES DOWN, BUT THERE ARE MORE BUYERS THAN SELLERS!
