bluefish1, you stated:

Most investors don't have the patience it takes to wait out the process. People expect to wake up one day and be rich.

It doesn't work that way.

It doesn't work that way UNTIL IT DOES. Many fortunes have been made over night but often after waiting for a long time to get to that point. Also, it depends on how many shares a person owns and what one deems as "rich."

If I only owned 1000 shares and overnight the price jumps from 2.75 to 10.00, I now have $10,000. A few days later and the price has moved up from $10 to $100 (3 digits) due to MOMO buying, short covering, etc., that 1000 shares is now worth $100k. To some, that might be considered "rich" while to others that might only be pocket lint. If instead of 1,000 shares that same person had 100,000 shares now the story becomes quite different. So, I respectfully disagree with your statement that "it doesn't work that way." It's all a matter of perspective, in my not so humble opinion.

As for the lacking of patience, I can't disagree but, on the other hand, there are plenty of investors here who have much patience, and that patience isn't just the seemingly long wait. The length of time waiting is also relevant to ones perspective.
