Damn good question!

Perhaps PCT (US) sells the units to PCT Europe Ltd (PCTEL). Once they take custody then payments are made on the balance and PCT eventually transfers "title".

PCTEL then pays a royalty to PCT on fluid production, PCTEL owns the production unit(s)

As I understand the UK model this sanitizing process will be used throughout the UK not just in Hospital. Once validated by the University report. Excess profits will return to the NHS Trust to further their mission. Arguably profits AFTER PCTEL pays it's bills, and deducts an agreed upon margin for the company.

One twist is PCT holds an interest in PCTEL. So will the benefit to PCT come as growth in value of the interest, or as cash trucked back to the USA?

That's my story.

Still a good question though!
