Well, IF that is true, the PR would contain a misstatement. But, I think he did submit the materials, because Zach has always been truthful thus far and I don't see why he wouldn't be now. See below from the PR:

"The company has submitted OTCQB application materials to OTC Markets Group, operator of OTCMarkets.com."

My bigger concern is maybe OTC Markets found a problem with the application. But, I think $VNUE meets all of the requirements from my review. It is very frustrating though because it has taken WAY too long IMO.
