Agreed, Sandy seems trustworthy to me too.

As far back as HEE Corp, I dont remember him saying anything that was not true.

The founders of HEE were crooks, that is what I get from Dr. Becker. I dont think that Becker or Winick knew what was really happening behind the scenes of HEE. They both left and I think they both felt that the founders were crooks.

Beyond that, Winick also looks like he is looking out for us and trying to grow the company..
