They have been gushing shares to insiders and now more dilution through an equity raise. There is good dilution and bad dilution. IMO this is bad dilution.

This will put a lot of pressure on the PPS.

The legacy Tilray was a money big time loser. The new Tilray has to find those $81M of synergies fast, otherwise expect more of this.

The money being raised isn't for acquisitions. It's to keep the lights on. That's a bad money raise.
