You’re not jacked about the Bitcoin webinar?
Here is the upside.,..if they tout bigtoken crypto just a fraction of the amount they tout Bitcoin....we should go up.
Here is our options.
1- We retire the majority of OS via an ICO turning most of the shares into crypto. We go up over .10-.15 a share that week.
or
2- They reverse split us, do another capital raise, dilution, and effectively totally wipe out the ones of us who have been here 8-9 months.
On paper they have or plan to....
-Take 840M OS stock
-Gave Feldman about $15M for defunct camera company (840M shares)
-Added 157B other shares to SRAX holdings, Red Diamond, Lou Kerner’s....
-Plan to RS
If they do #2 they are fkd. The negative reviews/backlash on the app alone would hurt them a great deal.
Lou’s stock option alone is 15x the amount of shares pre merger (13B something)
They can’t be doing #2. It is sad we are closer to .002 (where most of us longs got in) than we are to .0084 (where SRAX announced the suspected poison pill)
This has been horribly managed by Miglino. He had YEARS to plan and execute this. We once had 7500 of so watchers on another thread. Now we have less than half that,
