The best way to look at it, is that the S-1 specifically lists the warrants (all deep in the money), many below $2 and a lot around $3... I posted on this yesterday....as I understand it, the arrangement is to EXERCISE....and....SELL those shares based on the S-1 description.so it will happen at the same time.

@BR is correct....none of those have been exercised....and....sold which would require an SEC Filing (Form 4)....

Michael Bigger is involved and it would be wise to follow him on Twitter, imo
