I emailed the company to get some answers and they sent this to me this morning: I am a new investor in this stock (10,000 shares).

We have all our permits in place, we are going ahead as fast as possible on this project.
2 electrical poles have to be replaced by Tri County Elecric , that is scheduled to happen next week but timing is out of our hands.
The weather over the last 2 weeks has been terrible with substantial rain, last week we got 5-6 inches of rain at the lease and Monday night intpo Tuesday another significant rain fall.
we have redone the road and installed new culverts . We need to let things dry out a bit so we can move the drilling rig and work - over rig on site.
We will be recompleting well 1 as we drill the salt water injection well , this work will be done in tandom.
Sorry for the delays but we have no control of the weather and we must keep good relations with the land owner by not tearing up his ranch.
I hope that answes your questions and we are planning to be on site Friday weatgher permitting.
