If I had to take a wild guess of how things went down, Dryworld receive part of the loan, then made promises to get contracts thinking they were going to receive the rest of the loan, which is where the real revenue would have came in for Dryworld. But TCA messed up, couldn't deliver on the rest of the loan and without the loan Dryworld couldn't deliver on the contracts. Without that revenue they couldn't pay back part of the loan they did receive.
Wild guess on my part and its up to the courts to see whos at fault for what. To me, this is key:
"Dryworld sought new financing, and local counsel Barry Crump is in negotiations to close the litigation through settlement with Dryworld and its new lender."
The path is being cleared.
