I'd say GK selling > $10M worth of stock via exercising warrants & then selling the shares (in 2018) is worthy of discussion. Seeing as how he often trumpets that he hasn't sold any of his CVM holdings. Ok, not "his" holdings, but instead he's selling holdings of the de Clara trust? Or is that article hogwash? Fake data in the tables?

I'm sure most, if not all, people with the ability to make several million $ that way would also do it... can't blame someone for capitalizing. But it's also not something trivial and unworthy of discussion IMO. At this point we just need data, though, and discussing GK selling $10M in shares 3 years ago doesn't change anything 'right now'.

The above is just my understanding of what I read & I don't know if it's all factual or truthful. Did someone make up the info?
