$EXLA - It seems that the Market was happy with not changing current share structure on 5/11 filing that hit yesterday - Withdrawal of Designation. Cancelling that 05/03 filing seems to have caused the spike to 4's yesterday. I suspect they were looking to add/change something with the preferred shares with the 05/03 filing and decided not to change the current SS!!
