Reading that doc at face value, I looks like TCA is collecting 2.62 mil from Dryworld BUT I think the most important is the last part regarding Dryworld's new lender and a settlement. To me the new lender = "agreement with Burdell Partners LLC in which Burdell will provide a $6.5mm equity investment" from the Dec 23rd PR. All of this would explain why all their social media and majority of their activity went silent. Hence the activity in China.

I don’t know all the details of the previous financing the lead to the 2017 downfall (although it has been discussed here) but I do like that things are clearing up for attempt #2.
