Yes stockyogi, what Lou mentioned was incorrect.

It takes the lawyers 30 days to file S1, still in progress, it takes sec about 30 business days to respond to S1. Assuming everything comes back ok, maybe July?.... as you know, their is alot of crypto coming which will be noted in the S1.
