Pillsworth knows the reason why there is a CE - the OTCM notifies the company of reasons for the CE. It has to be pretty egregious as they don't like putting up a CE.

Hiring a securities attorney won't help as they won't answer any questions from shareholders.

Why don't you call Pillsworth he knows the answers to all of your questions?
