the estimate for HGLC "0,015 - 0,04" seems realistic to me, especially if the assets of 2008/9 are still in the firm.
there was an offer to buy HGLC for 2,5...3 ct/share in the summer 2008 - much lower price of gold!
but I am astonished to find a property named "Mockingbird" among the assets of GNCP. "Mockingbird" was the so called flagship property of HGLC ("...mining title consists of 2.500 acres...", publication 11/01/2006).
Mockingbird in GNCP consists of 1.678 acres. responsible for explanation: Mr. Blom and Mr. Lowenthal.
if they have taken it, GNCP has to pay the HGLC shareholders - value of HGLC Mockingbird today about until 1.8 bil US-$ !!! ( cf. Colliston assessment).

if they have taken away Mockingbird, GNCP has to pay massively to HGLC - the asset is ownership of the shareholders of HGLC.
