Was there a press release from Elite Beverages - if they didn't issue a PR then most likely isn't true.

Wanderport Corporati (WDRP) was supposed to have purchased a percentage of Elite Beverage in 2019.

I would be highly suspect of the deal and I am a friend of Tom's.
