In the interview Durrant did with CW33, when the anchor asked Durrant how the outbreak in India might affect demand for lenz, Durrant expressed his hope to establish a global market, but reiterated that in the US, there are 200 new Covid patients hospitalized per hour, and that we need to be prepared for that, as well. That equates to 1.75M US cases per year. He also said that the company has been in talks with many governments, health care agencies, and regulatory authorities around the world. So when I say that we could see demand for 10M vials, versus the guided total of 100k vials, I think I am being conservative.

I fully expect that we do, indeed, have an agreement with the US government to provide several million vials for a national stockpile.
