Tweet on share holder concerns
Global Ent Holdings@GBHL_Ent
Several shareholders have emailed us about a rumor of a reverse stock split. Our Board is not inclined to effect a reverse split of GBHL common shares.

In April Jackie, the founder of one of one of the US production subsidiaries (there is also a Canadian one; https://www.global-gbhl.com/ ; globaluniversal.com/about.php ) wrote the following to some poster's inquiry:

I believe the price was driven down by Actis (not sure of the spelling.) They were going to loan GBHL the money to launch YGTP, which I created to assist casting in the U.S. for movies, commercials and t.v. shows. When GBHL filled that to the SEC (Actis taking a position against the loan) is when PAGO came in and FALSELY said they had acquired GBHL in a merger. The SEC was told that was a false filling and now there is an investigation. But people went crazy and cashed their stock for the fault of PAGO. GBHL also had a problem when AIRBORNE did not follow through. That is also under investigation due to the whistle blowing of GBHL s President Gary Rassmussen. I can honestly tell you Rasmussen has testified on both the above matters several times in front of the SEC investigators and attornies, but they move like snails.
Look I feel like you do. I have created so many outlets for GBHL. Like you, I have invested my own money and time and never taken a nickel. Recently I made an offer to Willem Dafoe with the promise NETFLIX will come in if I get him. BTW don't think they always tell the truth either, but I have outlets that will if they do not.
I am hoping when the cloud rises, there will be the rainbow with the pot of gold at the end.

I will ask the CEO, Rasmussen, if we can release a press release stating all of the above. But you know the SEC GETS ANGRY over stupid stuff. They can know everything of you, but don't dare ask them anything about what they know.

I will try to keep you updated and God willing this will all be worked out.

Best,

Jackie
