I skimmed through most of it, full of normal legal talk. Dated 2014, so it's old. Pg 36 lists ticker IENG, which is Integrated Energy Solutions Inc, the name before Patten Energy Solutions Inc. Pg 68 is interesting, does list Remo's name. Pg 71, Remo. Pg 72 more interesting, Patten Energy Enterprises (Patten Jr.), AP Lubes (Robert Rosinski), and Atlantic-Pacific (Robert Rosinski). Ends at pg 88.
So yes, some financial agreement. Way to go capnap! Still, would be great to have some 2021 or even 2020yr info.

If you do a SEC Edgar search for "patten energy" or PTTN, nothing shows up. Amerilithium does show up, most recent dated doc is 2014. Integrated Energy Solutions, Inc most recent doc is for 2015 for a request to stop filing reports. Would explain why it's dark. That's what I get out of it.
