hellfighters, of late, cnbc has reported numerous reports showing a staggering flow of cash holdings going into blue chips. moreso, liquidity is still heavy on sidelines (making 5pct.). should feds cut rates in Q3 or Q4, it will wash all that cash into the market. that being said, "at that time of year" i personally think for most the wiser/safer investment (think taxes) would be blue chip. the returns may be single digit, but you may very well see the returns you've been waiting for. hang in there, blue chip investments are gaining momentum, and if a sizable rate cut comes after midyear, well you should benefit. jmho lol
