Jay, my 400.00 per share sell is still in for every share I own. Might want to consider E-trade. Perhaps there is less chance they are loaning your shares to shorts. I can't speak to any other brokerage, but e-trade on a direct question told me they don't loan retail shares, and they let me put in a sell order as high as I want. I have never had one turned down.
Just sayin'
