Prior to the sale of XMET to HOUMU one might say the Xxstream Entertainment company was defunct since at onetime the company did prepare to launch but activities were abandoned thus ceasing to exist. Since Homu is just getting started...as you have posted previously that it was a “start up” you acknowledge the company is new in its life cycle so it is then neither ceasing to exist or “defunct”. Continued use of defunct is not consistent with the definition or the stage of this ticker.
