retc management hired great and successful lawyers to challenge his bid for custodianship. there are many reasons not to award him custodianship, but i will digress. everybody thought it was over last friday, but it wasn't. it would not surprise me if sharp has reconsidered that retc is not a good choice for custodianship. lot's of financial problems. not even close to being worth dealing with. i think sharp knows it but is saving face. his hands would be tied with the company in many ways. they have a real business and operations in place. ask yourself why the company got a top notch law firm to defend itself. retc is a far fetch from being in the bag for sharp, imo. far fetch. and i think it will be revealed when they go to court.
