What do we actually know about the $24m Lemon Glow LOI?

It is a one year old shell whose principals also members of law firm..No website, imo no revenues, 32 acres reportedly set aside for at present a non existent mj operation.. Appears no Lemon Glow mj license at this time via CA mj license search portal..Where will the development funds come from? OS increase has gone berserk since BZRTH deal rescinded..Breezed through first 5B OS, gotta' feeling next 5B moves just as quick.

Attorney Kevin Liu reportedly listed earlier as a Director, then "removed"?

Interesting resume for Kevin Liu, who BTW is presently suspended from practicing CA law..suspended for 15 seperate acts of misconduct in seven separate matters...Kevin as sole owner dissolved several of his law firms over four years..hmmm...Gotta' wonder how involved, if any, suspended Kevin is behind the scenes with the Lemon Glow LOI.

That said, picked up my .002 the other day and missed the 40% .oo28 flip by one tick..Expecting Jimmy to meet that threshold with LOI news tomorrow..:)
