He means on level 2 there is no offerings in the 3’s after the $1’s it jumps to $4’s

Also, SORRY I didn’t PM you on Friday, I missed the window of time it’s free. I refuse to pay ihub a penny more until they actually enforce the rules they claim to enforce...I still have level 2 because it hasn’t expired yet...

All my posts are nothing more than my opinion. Please, do your research of fundamentals, technicals, and due diligence before investing in any stock -especially penny stocks as they are extremely volatile.
