Any filings here is just another joke, PEROID! Garcia has probably already been notified by the SEC to get current or otherwise be suspended then delisted into the Gray Mkt, plain and simple! Getting current these days means absolutely NOTHING any more. So don't get your hopes up here for anything that gets posted here outside of warnings to stay away from this share selling scam!
