I think I'd rather have them sell the property. For most businesses, it's better to lease property than own it. Retailers learned this many years ago. A company doesn't want its money tied up in property, especially property that can lose them money. So with more cash on hand, Ethema Health could open up more facilities for treatment in strategic locations. The business should generate enough money to pay the lease and make a profit. If a location does not work out, let the lease expire and move on.

I'm just guessing but I think they could open five more facilities with 10 million dollars.
