No matter what the spin Pasaca has bought a 26.5 percent interest in QTMM on its way to 51% controlling interest.
Will they have to raise the AS simple math proves that to be 26.5% with 249,661,287 million shares you would need 942,118,064 outstanding shares.(disappointed the geniuses missed the obvious)
Now that the Kansas suit is behind QTMM,the clock has started knowing how many shares will be needed for Pasaca to reach 51%.
Expecting a lot of activity between now and June 30th.
